Position Title: Coordinator of NIL Contract Fulfillment
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Department: Name, Image, and Likeness
Supervisors Title: Vice President of NIL Strategy & Compliance
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM; weekend and evening hours on occasion as necessary
JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Under the general supervision of the Vice President of NIL Strategy & Compliance, the Coordinator of NIL Contract Fulfillment is primarily responsible for serving as the liaison between currently enrolled Texas A&M student-athletes (student athletes) and the Foundation in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) initiative of the 12th Man Foundation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the Vice President of NIL Strategy & Compliance in executing internal and external NIL strategies
- Execute and manage 12th Man Foundation service contracts with student athletes
- Coordinate with Finance department to ensure proper documents are completed
- Establish tracking system to ensure student athlete fulfillment of 12th Man Foundation service contracts
- Coordinate with Finance department for payment processing
- Coordinate with Marketing & Communications department to:
- Develop a comprehensive educational program for student athletes to understand the mission of the 12th Man Foundation
- Generate and review student athlete marketing content per service contracts
- Coordinate with Stewardship department to determine 12th Man Foundation appearance and speaker engagement needs
- Serve as liaison with student-athletes
- Assist Texas A&M Athletics compliance office with NIL disclosure process
- Explain contract details to student athletes while keeping the athlete's and Foundations best interests in focus
- Educate student athletes on understanding of established and emerging social platforms, and the tactics required to influence audiences on these platforms
- Stay updated on the latest NIL trends and best practices, including legislative advancements, NCAA compliance regulations, and vendor landscape evolutions
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years athletics administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
- Proficient knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, including Name, Image, Likeness policies
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of state and federal laws surrounding college athletics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on changing priorities, including occasional weekend, holiday, and evening hours
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and to exercise good judgment
- Experience with contracts, licensing agreements
- Comprehensive understanding of established and emerging social platforms, and the tactics required to influence audiences on these platforms
